The hot brown is a legend. I had never seen one on a menu, so as soon as I saw it at Hall's it jumped off the page...and oh how I wish I had turned the page. This ridiculous mess is an open faced sandwich of country ham and turkey, topped with shredded cheddar, bacon, tomato and cream gravy...and it's amazing. I have nothing to compare it to, and I can promise you that I'll never have anything to compare it to -- my arteries couldn't handle another bite -- but wow was it delicious. If you ever find yourself at Hall's and have some friends that are willing to share and aren't lactose intolerant, definitely give it a try.
