I'm a sucker for fried okra, so living in the Pacific Northwest I'll always give it a shot if I see it on a menu. The portion size at Bayou on Bay is definitely generous and the bite sized pieces are perfectly fried. It's served with a house made remoulade sauce, and there are plenty of great hot sauce options at the table.
