The Hat boldly stakes it's claim to "The World's Best Pastrami Sandwich" and based solely on the few bites I had recently, they are making a strong case. The pastrami is piled high, the bread is soft and delicious, and the pickles/mustard offer a nice change of pace. The whole thing is dipped in a warm au jus which perfectly balances everything out.
