Quite simply, this is the best BBQ I've ever had. I'm a brisket guy so that was the only meat I ordered, but every dish I saw looked amazing. The brisket was perfectly smoked and amazingly flavorful with and without the BBQ sauce. There are three locations, but the Original 'Gas Station' definitely adds a little something extra to the experience. Whichever one you end up at, or whatever you order, you really can't go wrong at Joe's. They also ship BBQ, but I'm not ready to live in that world yet...
