If my waistline would let me, I’d eat Parmesan risotto every day. It’s one of those foods I never get sick of. This isn’t my first cheesy risotto review & certainly won’t be my last.
The Parmesan risotto at Grappa is creamy & cheesy. There are really no other words to describe it. The rice is always cooked perfectly. It never disappoints.
I ate it twice the other week but I went at happy hour both times so the portion was half the dinner size. Therefore, I’m telling myself (and my waist) I only ate it once!
