Excuse my awkward photography I may or may not have had too many wine appetizers before snapping the photo.
The butter lettuce salad at Bin is one of my favorites in town. I’m a big salad girl & I love this tasty and refreshing combination of fig, pomegranate seeds, crumbled goat cheese, and toasted walnuts. All that goodness is tossed lightly in an apple shallot vinaigrette.
The goat cheese & apple shallot vinaigrette balance out the sweetness of the fig perfectly. This salad is a great way to start your meal off or perfect as a main dish if you’re going for something that packs a lot of flavor but is on the lighter side.
