I ended up at BJ’s randomly and got this over indulgent desert, definitely the highlight of the meal. The base of this beast is a ghiradeli chocolate cookie with layers of peanut butter and fluff on top. It’s then covered in marshmallows until it’s golden brown. The real takeaway from this is the crack of the crispy charred marshmallow. Of course it’s all topped off with two scoops of pretty traditional vanilla ice cream. I will go back to BJ’s just to eat this.
