Lamb Burger at Ilios Noche in Charlotte, NC. I love a good burger, and when I go to a Greek/Mediterranean place, I like to try the lamb burger if it’s on the menu. Ilios Noche has a good one that’s part of my rotation when I dine there. Their burger uses New Zealand sirloin that’s ground in-house and comes with roasted tomato, feta cheese, carmelized onions, lettuce, and cucumber yogurt. I replaced the cheese with bacon (I can’t have a burger without bacon). The bun is nice and soft (I hate hard buns) and the accompaniments were proportioned just right. Ilios Noche has two locations in the Charlotte area and is open for both lunch and dinner and late night on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I also like their Calamari Fritti, which has very light breading and terrific seasoning.
