Ever wonder how Thomas Keller would make a grilled ham and cheese? Drop by Bouchon inside the Venetian hotel and find out. This French bistro serves an old classic on brioche and tops it off with a sunny side up egg and smothers it with Mornay sauce.
For brunch it’s the perfect blend of light yet savory. Fries are often an afterthought but I found these crisp and tasty.
Service was professional and attentive.
Will definitely return.
If only the casino tables were as kind as the restaurant tables...
