The Pac-Man gimmickry dresses up what are otherwise ordinary shrimp dumplings, albeit rather good ones. On the one hand, it's $15.50 for four dumplings that are on the smallish side, though packed to the gills with shrimp. On the other hand, they were delectable and I think points for presentation are probably due here since it transforms the meal from something mundane into the kind of thing you'll be very tempted to try once when you're with friends or to post on social media. And like I said, the dumplings themselves are quite good. But you aren't getting a ton of bang for your buck, so beyond the initial try — which I would recommend — I'm not sure I'd want to give it consistent starter minutes. It's good for what it is and can add energy to the affair, but it's very much a limited-minutes star whose weaknesses would likely be exposed in a more featured role. Hello, JaVale McGee.
