While it is hard to have a bad meal at gourmet Food Hall, Workshop there are certain meals to not miss. The smothered burrito with both red and green sauce is definitely a must. From the BBQ mind of John Lewis, and inspired by his childhood in El Paso - this burrito is tasty and filling. Everything on the plate belongs and has a flavorful purpose.
