If you like bean curd, this is the dish to order when you eat at Aberdeen. It is one of our favorite meals at the restaurant. Along with bean curd, there is fried fish, carrots, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and snow peas. The brown sauce is rich and tasty and will have you craving for more!
