Steamed Bun at Good Food on Montford in Charlotte, NC. I'm a big fan of pork belly, so I appreciate how many restaurants in Charlotte incorporate it into their dishes. The pork belly here was very tender, and the hoisin sauce was sweet with the saltiness of the bun. I've had several different versions of this dish at other restaurants, but this is definitely one of the best combinations I've had.
