It's hard to classify what Cassia is except that it is delicious. When the New York Times reviewed its first restaurant out of NYC it chose Cassia. Pete Wells gave it a strong 3 star review. When I dine at restaurants I like gravitating to the dishes with unusual ingredients. I thoroughly enjoyed this salad. The sesame bacon dressing worked well with the chicken and jellyfish. There are so many items on the Cassia menu that are just as intriguing as thea jellyfish salad. If one is an adventurous eater, run, don't walk to Cassia
