08/27/17 I love Italian food, It’s one of my favorite food. I recently heard about a new one that has recently opened in Paris, Daroco near Paris’s Opera. The cool thing is that the restaurant is located in an old Jean Paul Gautier boutique. As you enter you can see the wide designs with a large windows, high stone ceilings and glass doors. All the waiters are dressed up like sailors and the atmosphere is very cosy. Some foodies told me that they were pizza experts so to be original I took a pizza Regina Della Notte with fior di latte, cherry tomatoes, ham, fromage ricotta and basilic. All the ingredients are fresh and it’s a major part of their success. The mixed of the ingredients were delicious together and what I liked the most is that the pizza dough is thin and baked in the oven like pizzas in Italy. If you’re a big eater and you’re looking for a very generous lunch or diner you’re gonna be happy because each pizzas are garnished. They have as well a great customer service so it is a good quality for its value. For desert, I took another Italian speciality with mascarpone, biscuits and coffee:Tiramisu. You can have strawberry, raspberry or classic one. I took the classic one with chocolate and coffee and peanuts on the top of it. The Tiramisu is warm and the combination of mascarpone and coffee were fresh in the mouth. If you want to or if you are an hipster you can add one of their famous and special cocktail with vodka, green tee, lemon juice, quinoa and salt rim. Definitely a restaurant where I would go back.
