Heirloom Market BBQ is located on the perimeter of Atlanta close to the Braves new stadium. The restaurant is known for their unique mix of Korean & Southern BBQ dishes. The spicy pork sandwich is a winner here!!! It is loaded with generous chunks of BBQ pork mixed with Korean kimchi slaw. The house BBQ sauce has a sweet and spicy flavor that doesn't over power the tender pork chunks. If you want to add more spice to the sandwich, I'd recommend the "Hotlanta" sauce on the side. It makes your head breath fire. You get a choice of sides, I went with kimchi, pickled cucumber and radish. This side is EXCELLENT!!! It is tangy enough to make your mouth sweat but has the sweet balance that makes you fork more. I wanted to try more dishes st Heirloom but the portion size of the sandwich was enough.
