Got the escolar as an appetizer. Immediately ordered it again. Ordered some sashimi (salmon toro and sockeye salmon, both great). Then ordered the Escolar again. Ordered more sashimi (mackerel and tuna loin). Then it was time for desert. Escolar was thrown onto the desert ballot because it was so damn good, but it was outvoted 2-1 in favor of the lime cream, one of the best (and most unique) deserts that I've had in a long time. In retrospect I wish we had gone with the escolar.
