Juicy fresh shucked scallops at this local restaurant. Prepared Thai style with garlic, limes, and seasonings, these tender mollusks were grilled to perfection. Outdoor seating and evening sea breezes added to the ambiance. Kudos to Chris and Joy for the intro.
