Traverse City, MI is well known for wineries, craft brews and as a popular tourism destination, thanks to Chef Mario Batali. Given the lack of Asian cuisine offered in in the area, this ramen bowl was surprisingly delicious. Ramen is always good when the soup is hot, rich and with a little spice! Add the scallions, tofu, mushrooms along with the bamboo shoots and you get a filling and satisfying bowl of ramen!
