The food master himself, R. Cho already gave us a spectacular review of the Crow's Pan Roasted Chicken in which he mentioned the other house staple, the lasagna. The debate is always chicken or lasagna when dining at the Crow. Hopefully, you're with someone so you can order both & share. That being said, the lasagna is my favorite dish at the Crow. Layers of perfectly cooked pasta topped with spicy Italian sausage, pesto, cheese & a tangy tomato sauce. Perfection!
