Fine dining at its best! Blue Water Cafe mixes West Coast dishes with Japanese influences. The Sturgeon with its pumpernickel crust can't be beat. For ordering something with more of a Japanese flair the Sablefish is my go to. Its miso sake glaze & yuzu dashi are out of this world. Blue Water also has a Raw Bar which is not to be overlooked.
