You really can't go wrong with Pad Thai, the national dish of Thailand-- however I came away a little bit underwhelmed after the high expectations set from always ordering Ray Lai's Hall-of-Fame noddle dish, Kao Soy. Maybe it's because Pad Thai is street food in Thailand. It's probably best to order this in combination with some type of curry which I did not do today. But regardless, like I said above, you can't go wrong with Pad Thai at Ray Lai.
