Welcome to Curry's house, Ayesha's! The wife of NBA champion Steph Curry brings the flavor at her restaurant in SF called International Smoke. The restaurant name calls to the flavors she uses from countries around the world. What an awesome plate of ribs! This is the combo plate that consists of three flavors, American BBQ, golden garlic sweet and sour and sesame gochujang. The sesame gochujang sauce was unique, it is a chili paste used in Korean dishes like bibimbap. It has a hint of fermented soy with a bold chili flavor and mix of spices. Tasting the three flavors together accentuated each flavor by allowing instant comparisons. The ribs aren't too sticky and have a nice crispy skin that surrounds moist, fall- off- the- bone meat. Each bite is so enjoyable and the dish is easy to share with friends or family. Definitely a starter in the world of BBQ!
