07/24/19 Puck Food Hall is a new addition to Memphis that brought a lot of quality local food options, as well as a great area to spend time especially for lunch. Despite many great food options, when I go to Puck, it's rare that I don't stop at Pasta 409 for their amazing dish that's tailored after a chicken fettuccine alfredo. The pasta is made on location and tastes incredibly fresh. The dish also has the right amount of alfredo sauce to compliment the dish without the pasta drowning in it or leaving a pool of sauce after you finish. The chicken is all cooked well too, and the dish is topped with cheese and spices that helps to bring the dish together incredibly well. The dish comes highly recommended and will be loved by all italian food and pasta lovers looking for a high quality and filling meal when in Memphis.
