Eddie V's on Tryon St. in Uptown is an upscale steak house and prime seafood location. They offer a wide variety of steak cuts and seafood selections. Salmon is my go to in this setting and I was not disappointed. Moist, juicy, tender, and flavorful this fish matched anything the Northwest has to offer. Combined with a side of potatoes au gratin this was an incredible meal.
