Tasty waffles from Millers All Day, a breakfast/lunch restaurant on lower King in downtown Charleston. Millers All Day is always busy but has a really cool 70s vibe, with an espresso bar and a large bar for happy hour, as well as a photo booth. The food itself is really delicious and they have a lot of options. My favorite menu item is the waffles, which are made with bananas, sorghum, caramel, and meringue. They were not too sweet, making them well balanced, and the small bits of popcorn and meringue gave them a nice variation of texture. The waffles go really well with a side of grits (which are pink!) and super creamy and buttery. All in all a great restaurant with tons of great options, but the waffles are definitely the best choice!
