Shrimp and Chicken Dumplings at The Dumpling Lady in Charlotte, NC. These delicious dumplings are hand made daily by a Charlotte-based family using only locally sourced ingredients. The good sized dumplings have plenty of meat inside and come with a terrific home-made Szechuan sauce that's nice and spicy but not so overwhelming that you can't taste the flavors of the dumplings. The Dumpling Lady is a food truck that changes locations on a daily and weekly basis and also has a presence at local farmer's markets on weekends (schedule posted weekly on their Instagram). They have several types of dumplings as well as a few noodle dishes. Good bang for buck, as it's very affordable.
