A trip to San Francisco is never complete without a trip to Burma Superstar on Clement street. Make sure you get your name on their waiting list long before you plan on eating though. We had a 2 hour wait this year but fortunately we managed it perfectly. They have an app that helps you monitor your wait time remotely so it works out well. Their salads, soups, and appetizers are all amazing. This was my first time tasting their Fiery Chicken. Stir fried chicken with strings beans, bell peppers, basil, and their five spice sweet heat sauce this dish is flavorful with a pleasant and subtle kick. Make sure you get it with the coconut rice which is the perfect complement for managing the sweet heat from the chicken. Overall, the two together are a real winner.
