If you’re vegan, stop reading. If you love chicken n’ waffles and eggs benedict, welcome to heaven. Victorian Cafe has done it again, folks - I’ve never had a bad meal here and today’s special continued the streak. What’s a “Chicken ‘in’ Waffle Benedict,” you may be asking? Well, let me tell you: chicken breast strips breaded in crisp crushed waffle (!!!) then deep fried. Served with sautéed kale and roasted corn over a homemade candied bacon (!!!) biscuit. Topped with two poached eggs and homemade maple-laced hollandaise sauce. It’s served with your choice of homestyle potatoes or homemade applesauce. Sounds big time, right?!
