I am always ready for a good piece of King Salmon. The Filet of Salmon Meuniere at 13 Coins in Bellevue served with pasta did not disappoint. Meuniere was a new term for me tonight and it just means it was cooked in lemon juice and parsley. Tart and flaky the fish was also moist and tasty. 13 Coins is an upscale restaurant not far from Bellevue Square. There are 3 locations in the Seattle area and they are open 24 hours serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With a live band playing on Saturday night it was a happening place. The roasted king salmon served with parsley and lemon was a great choice.
