Most tender short rib ever on top of sushi rice. This unassuming sushi restaurant does the classics right (instead of a spicy tuna roll soaked in wasabi mayo, it’s with green onion and a light spicy soy sauce so you can still taste the tuna). Finish your meal with this warm sushi, and DON’T dip it in soy or wasabi!
