BarTaco is relatively new to the Chapel Hill area. They are in about 8 of the south / east states with about 20 total locations. They are an upscale Taco house. The options are various and the flavors diverse. They bring the food out on shared trays and you help yourself from there. I had a couple of tacos including their cauliflower taco which was outstanding. My main staple though was the Pork Tamale. Steamed masa wrapped around pork with tomatillo sauce this was a perfect complement to the Tacos.
