Holy smokes... this was supposed to be a medium spiced curry... let me tell you it was not! The good news, the spices were delicious & surprisingly did not overpower the dish.
The curry was thick, salty & sweet. Potatoes were perfectly cooked & the chicken was tender & juicy.
Bonus you get to eat with a spork!
