10/04/18 Again, I’m at a restaurant that has a specialty and rather than order waffles, I choose to order the Mac & Cheese. If know me, you know I will never pass up Mac & Cheese. The Mac & Cheese at Fats is ooey gooey. So much deliciousness in that ramekin. The roux was perfectly blended leaving zero flour taste & it stayed creamy without separating. This is some serious cheesy Mac & Cheese!
