Served on a flat steamed bun with an amazing teriyaki sauce that includes pineapple and macadamia. The pork melts in your mouth and the sauce is incredible. It comes served with a dome glass over them to retain the steam and looks absolutely amazing when the smoke clears. Perfect appetizer that you could eat as a meal if you pair it with other delicious appetizers. There were so many choices and this definitely did not disappoint.
