The Yellow Tanning - yellowtail tanned a golden brown, with spicy crab, avo yellowtail, and cheese. This roll will have your mouth bursting with flavor. This dish came out hot and ready. As soon as the plate hit the table, I immediately reached for a steaming piece and boom goes the dynamite. Phenomenal rich taste. The sauce was overpowering, yet blended ever so perfectly with the slightly crunchy tanned yellowtail on top. Easily a top 5 roll of all time for me. It came out last and I’d definitely call it a dessert. This roll is so big time, it’s even generously listed as a happy hour item. I could very happily order two of these.
