When the chefs of the best restaurant in town(Bestia) decide to open another joint you know it’s going to be tasty! I would never have guessed that the Farm Cheese; a dish on Bavel’s spreads menu would be my favorite so far of 2018. The creamy slightly sweet spread owes just as much to the hot fluffy bread that came with it. The 2 giant fresh out of the toaster slices were the perfect size to get every morsel!
