Since I seem to be on a kick ordering unique combinations, this blueberry goat cheese & sun-dried tomato pizza called my name.
After I had eaten half of my 12” pie, I realized I needed a photo so unfortunately you are missing out on the gorgeous golden crust with the perfect amount of char from the wood-fired oven.
All of the ingredients at Evviva are organic & all natural. The crust is soft & elastic.
I was nervous this would be really sweet but the tang of the goat cheese & the little bit of tartness from the sun-dried tomatoes balanced out the sweetness of the blueberries. Mozzarella, olive oil & garlic round it out.
It’s a combo that shouldn’t work but does.
