Biscuit Bitch has the best southern style biscuits & grits in the PNW. The Bitchwich is the most basic thing on their menu & it doesn’t disappoint.
The true to form southern biscuits have crunchy edges, soft insides & aren’t greasy. These light flaky biscuits are the real deal.
The Bitchwich consists of an egg over-hard, cheese & your choice of sausage, SPAM, bacon or veggie patty.
Limited indoor seating & always busy. Be prepared to wait but it’s worth it!!
