The Betty Burger is my #2 Burger in Seattle. And I’m a little upset I scarfed down my #1 last week without giving it its due on BTB. Oh well, an excellent excuse to go back!
What I love about the Betty Burger is it is always cooked exactly to order. The meat is seasoned nicely and the cheese melted perfectly. All the fixings come on the side so you can build your own, so to speak. They’ve changed the bun recently to a black sesame and I enjoyed it.
The hand cut fries are crispy on the outside & soft on the inside. So perfect.
